ごあいさつ

松井精密工業 (MATSUI) は、「工具と金物のまち」新潟県三条市にて、100年以上前から計測工具を作り続けてきました。
1924年に法人化。国産初となる総焼入ノギスを開発・生産し、その後ケガキゲージなど独自のアイデアによる新製品を次々と世に送り出し、現在に至っています。
MATSUIの素晴らしい品質は、卓越した製造技術と手作業ならではの緻密さから。一本ずつ手で仕上げた後にミツトヨ製ブロックゲージで精度検査するなど、製品管理には絶対の自信を持っています。

MATSUIの秘密１「目盛」

MATSUI製品の目盛が見やすい理由は、一本ずつていねいに「エッチング仕上げ」で印字しているから。深く溝が刻まれているため、レーザー印字よりもはるかにクリアで美しく、使っているうちに薄くなっても、修復すれば簡単に元通りになります。

Matsui’s Secret 1 (Scales)

Matsui scales are easy to see, as they are individually etched with great care. As the grooves are carved deep, they are clearer and more beautiful than laser printed models, and even if they begin to fade, may be easily restored.

MATSUIの秘密２「焼入」

素晴らしい耐久性の秘密は焼入加工。
反ったり曲がったりしてはならない本体と、強い力がかかる主尺先端やジョウとで、微妙に焼入具合を変えています。
部分ごとに適した焼入を行なう熟練の技と、手間を惜しまない職人気質が、高いクオリティに結び付いているのです。

Matsui’s Secret 2 (Tempering)

The secret of our durability lies in the tempering process. To keep the body from becoming bent or warped, and to allow the jaws and scale to withstand strong forces, the tempering process is subtly altered. Through our tempering techniques, combined with the spirit of a true craftsman who spares no effort, our quality is ensured.

MATSUIの秘密３「接合部」

「精度と耐久性が素晴らしい」と評判のMATSUIのスコヤ。
ほとんどの他社商品の接合部は「かしめ仕上げ（ビスなどで固定）」ですが、 MATSUIでは一本一本手間のかかるスポット溶接で、接点を完全に固定しています。正確な直角を長く保つことができる秘訣です。

Matsui’s secret 3 (Joints)

Matsui squares have a reputation for great accuracy and durability. The joints of most other competing products are attached with screws and caulk, but Matsui takes the time to individually spot-weld joints to ensure they are completely fixed. This is the secret to keeping a perfectly right angle.

Matsui’s Secret 4 (Custom Tools)

Matsui’s rich product lineup is the result of hearing our customers’ needs, and the challenge of producing those custom tools. Custom tools are ideal for work which is extremely specialized, and workplaces which require accuracy and efficiency; for example, depth gauges for measuring the grooves in tires.
